A staffing partner for the province’s AI centre
The national policy calls for an AI excellence centre in every province. Buildings need trained operators to actually run — HSV can supply and train that workforce, sited where the province needs it.
Closing the capacity gap the framework itself has flagged
Reviews of Nepal’s earlier digital initiatives cite limited technical capacity outside the capital as a reason implementation lagged. HSV’s training pipeline exists specifically to put skilled people where that gap is.
Provincial digitisation, done by a provincial team
Land records, agricultural data and provincial archives — structured data work a trained regional team can take on directly, without routing everything through Kathmandu.
A national jobs target with a provincial address
HSV’s 20,000-jobs target only means something if the jobs are spread across the country. A provincial partnership is how that number gets a physical address outside the capital.
