The Lumbini model, repeatable
The Lumbini Development Trust contracted HSV to build Buddha AI and the Lumbini Platform. That same approach — a working digital-services platform, not a slide deck — is available to any of Nepal’s 753 municipalities and rural municipalities.
Closing the exact gap researchers keep finding
Study after study on Nepal’s local e-governance finds the same result: infrastructure exists, citizen-facing services don’t. Birth registration, property records and grievance handling are exactly the structured-data work HSV runs at scale.
Employment that doesn’t ask anyone to relocate
Annotation and data-operations work needs a trained person and a laptop, not a Kathmandu office lease. A municipal partnership means the jobs open inside the ward, not three districts away.
Designed for the infrastructure that actually exists
Where connectivity is limited, work is batched, trained locally and synced when possible — built around the real constraints of rural Nepal, not an assumption that every ward already has fibre.
